I'm looking for just a little boost of fat-loss. I'm within ten pounds of my goal (lost 15 already), but took the summer off for the most part due to circumstances beyond my control. I've probably gained back a little of it. So, what's a natural weight-loss supplement that could help give me the little boost I need to make it to where I want to go?

I've been a cow since christmas and i've tried to go back to my good eating habits but one week i pig out and the next i try to be good. These past two weeks i've been eating what i've been wanting but i've gained 10lbs in this overall process (since christmas). So, am i damaging my metabolism to the point i wont be able to lose weight? How am i doing this?

You won't "damage" your metabolism to the point where you can't burn off fat and lose weight…..

Trust me. Once you're back to eating a healthy, nutritious diet and doing exercise, it will be back to healthy condition.

Healthy diet (meaning eating enough calories with nutritious food, not starving) and exercise are the 2 ingredients to boost up your metabolic rate.

Please share your knowledge about which work and which have few side effects.

i have heard of and am thinking about fentermine, hootia, and hydroxycut. What do ya think?

well my method is that every morning i make a huge salad and fill it with all sorts of tasty veg and prawns, tuna or chicken and then season it really well. I snack on it all day and because its a water filled food, it does actually make you really full. The one i make is around 350 caloires and very low in fat and carbs!

What diet pill or fast weight lose pill works the best. I have tried hydroxycut hardcore but I have not seen any results lately. I work out at least three to four times a week. Any help would be appreciated.

commercially available diet pills do little if anything, no magic Weight loss pills out there so u can stop looking, and start being realistic

diet is the key to losing weight, limit calories and avoid simple carbs and sugars

I’ve heard the second week is the hardest especially because there is little results and not as easy to stick to. At what point will it get easier mentally? Also, when do results start to show, is it a lot of weight loss the first week, then hardly anything the next, then stay at a steady rate after that?

It’s all depend on which weight loss program that you incorporate in order to achieve your ideal weight. A healthy weight loss program is one which does not make you lose weight in such a manner that your health is spoiled. Starvation is not a worthy way to lose weight because most people will fail to abide to the program rules after a certain period.
Many such programs and diet plans go overboard in their attempt to make people lose fat rapidly. Fad diets or starvation diets are a definite no-no. There are so many harmful effects of starving yourself and not eating properly. And many times you would not lose body fat with such fad diets, instead you will lose water weight. Similarly – low carb diets, low protein diets etc. that make you eat only a certain kind of food and not others are also not a very good method of Weight loss.
Previously I have joint a weight loss program and I manage to achieve an average weight loss of 7 lbs in every 10 days. Although the weight loss seems not substantial but the thing is that I’m able to sustain my ideal weight since 5 years ago. Best of all i don’t need to starve myself to death.
