Fat loss?!?!?

I want to lose fat around my belly and thighs a little on my arms and calfs. Im 5ft 9 inches and i wear 190. I want to lose fat i dont care about how much i weigh i just want to look good. Its just that i dont have a high metabolisim. So i have aout 2 hours a day that i could use to workout.
but i cant go to the gym i have an ellipitical at home and i have weights.

a really good way to lose weight without a diet is to drink 4 cups of water before every meal. this will fill you up, and youlle eat less, plus water is really good for you.

couple this with the weights at home, and youlle be fine.

oh, and by the way, google power of ten adam zickerman and get the book

its a workout that you do twice a week for 20 minutes, and its better than the 5 day a week, hour each day routine

my dad and i have both been doing this for 2 years, and it works really really well.

so yeah, drink water before you eat to lose the extra fat, and use your weights for power of 10 to get muscle

My cousin is turning 22 years old and he is really thin talking 5′5 110lbs and is desperate to change his metabolism and gain more weight. He does drink a lot of diet coke which is really bad for you, doesnt contain enough water or even milk. He eats A LOT including junkfood. He needs tips.

Note: Skinniness does not run in the family.

Slowing down his metabolism is not the answer. Increasing his caloric intake is the answer, but not with junkfood. He needs protein, protein, protein. A healthier way would be to increase his peanut butter intake. It high in protein and the caloric ratio is much better as far as cholestoral and fats are concerned. I had a co-worker that packed on 25 pounds of muscle in 6 months by eating pbj sandwiches, lots of chicken breasts, hard boiled eggs, pastas, and whey protien shakes. But just chowing down on junkfood is not the answer. He moght gain weight but it will be with the possible side effects of diabetes, or high cholestorol, or high blood pressure. So tell him about his friend protein.

WEIGHT LOSs?

I am going to be going to a cool party in 7 weeks its a pool party and I want to drop some weight and look awsome in a nice designer back less and side less bathing suit or a cute piece but I need help I need to do what ever I can do I have a gym membership so i can work out. I just need to know what pills food and work outs can i do to have rapid Weight loss plus i want to be the hot girel all guys at boot camp want

Diet wise, you know, no junk. no processed food.

* Instead of having 3 large meals in a day, have 5-6 small meals. Make sure to keep a gap of 2-3 hours between two consecutive meals. It will help speed up your metabolism and result in burning of more calories. Have protein, carbs & fat in a 40/40/20 percentage.
* Drink at least 8 glasses of water in a day. The more you increase your water consumption, the better it is.
* Never ever skip meals or eat too less in order to lose weight. It will only make your metabolism slower, resulting in an even slower burning of calories.

Check with the gym trainers on food supplements like whey protein.

Now I know you want a quick fix, too, and a pill that helps burn fat. Try Hydroxycut. Worked for me, but it’s not cheap & can wreak havoc with your system.
