I am looking for some online support, or a chat room, for Weight loss. Does anyone have any recommendations? It doesn’t matter what type of diet the other people are doing, I am just looking for other people to talk to while trying to lose weight.
Just to clarify, I am not looking for a diet, I am looking for people to talk to. I do Weight Watchers, I exercise and I have a very realistic outlook of how much I want to lose in a given week. The first answer I got from Lexi is really weird, so this is why I am clarifying my question.

I work out everyday and burn about 500 calories while biking, and running. I lift weights to help my arms build muscle, but not a lot of weight, maybe about 10 lbs each arm.
i eat a normal healthy diet, i don’t wanna starve myself.
How can i increase fat loss and weight gain without really trying?

You have to try.. If you want to gain muscle mass you need to be working with heavier weights 10lbs wont do much

Oatmeal is your best bet-it is better as a porridge and more nutritious and filling. Mix of whole grains is your other option with nuts and dried fruits- muesli.

You can also boil, cool down and mix a variety of grains and serve as breakfast cereal with milk, dried fruits and nuts, if you want a low glycemic index breakfast with longer lasting energy.

I know it is an appetite supressant that is like an amphetamine and that the effect can wear off after a few weeks, but my doctor hasn’t really given me much info on it. Can anyone on here help?

Did your dr just prescribe this to you???? Take it first thing in the morning, it makes your heart race and it will keep you up if you take it later on in the day, side effects: constipation.

I recently lost a lot of weight. I do an hour of cardio a day and some wights for toning as instructed by a trainer at my gym. I also want to know how many days a week I should go. I am looking for something that will have great results since I am at a plateau for my Weight loss.

The best thing I have found for toning is two day per week of Ashtanga Yoga and two days per week of pilates! Ashtanga, however is NOT for beginners, so make sure you take care if you do it. Another avenue for you could be Bikram, or "Hot Yoga". It’s a very active yoga done is a hot room.

What fat loss supplement should i take?

I want to take a fat loss supplement but i do not wan’t to lose everything iv’e already gained. I am 6′1" and i weigh 196 lbs. I was about 173 3 months ago and im trying to cut off some of the fat i gained with the muscle i have added. Most of the weight iv’e gained is muscle but the fat is slowing me down a little bit.

Low Fat Foods don’t work
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets don’t work
You won’t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either.
