what knocks out cravings ?no carb blocker pills , something that just makes you not want to eat them. thanks
You shouldn’t have to suppress your appetite – eat more higher protein meals. Protein will keep you full longer and help you get over the carbohydrate craving period. The carb craving will eventually go away after a few weeks.

I know it’s bad. I have even seen a nutritionist about the dangers of it. But I am 5′4 and 115 pounds. I know it’s not over weight but it’s a little pudgy and the place I work at requires me to be very thin I know sucks :/ anyways can you please tell me when the Weight loss will start to become noticeable? So I don’t feel so bad?
This very low calorie diet is unhealthy and can lead to some medical problems like fatty liver
You need to follow a balanced diet
