I heard that a few metabolism boosting foods are grapefruit, peanuts, water (of course), and soup. I was wondering what other foods there are as well as exercises that boost metabolism.

Metabolism boosting foods include fruits such as grapes, apples, oranges, grapefruit.. and nuts such as almonds, cashews, and peanuts..

Like, would getting hungry every 3 hours be considered fast metabolism? For example, eating a meal at longhorn, like maybe the Salmon fillet, then getting hungry three hours later.

i think it is more based on how quickly your body digests food?
your body size?
how much of the salmon did u eat?
did u have any sides?
Are you hungry for another full meal?
Are you binge eating?
Do you feel actual hunger pains or are you just bored?
