What diet pill is the best for a 30yr old woman?
ByI eat right and exercise but i would like a lil help from a pill…You can say what you want about diet and exercise,,But i am just wondering from people who have tried Diet Pillz to clue me in?
I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose any weight at all.
I read about Acai online and I bought from

It really worked from me.

Thermo Phen Phen works the best for me. It will kill your appetite while also giving you more energy. Great product for losing weight fast.

No pill will help you in the long term.
Try the following ideas from the Food doctor(.com).
drinking a glass of water 30mins before any meal. But don’t actually drink much during your meal as it dilutes your stomach acid and makes it more difficult for your body to digest the food.
Also try not eating after 7pm. If you feel hungry in the evening drink water, drink fruit tea (avoid sugary or caffeine drinks)
Keep your caffeine intake in check (< 2 cups per day)
Avoid all breakfast cereals made by kelloggs. They are all processed crap. Special K is the worst because it is so high in sugar
Avoid all food claiming to be "Healthy choice" or "Low fat" as they use higher sugar content to make up for the loss in flavour. The food you should avoid is that high in sugar, salt, or saturated fat. Some food high in (unsaturated) fat can keep you going longer between meals as your body burns it slowly.
Never miss breakfast
Eat plenty of complex carbs throughout the day
Reduce your carb intake at your evening meal and use protein and veg to fill you up.
Avoid all diet drinks. the sweeteners only maintain your craving for sweet foods.
Follow the 80/20 rule. ie its ok to treat yourself 20% of the time.
Try and get at least 15-30mins exercise per day. Even a brisk walk is good.
