What is the best diet pill out there that targets belly fat specifically?
BySo far this summer I have lost over 30 pounds and yet i still have some ways to go before I get where i want to be. My stomach and waist haven’t really shrunk. Any tips you got but more specifically a diet pill that targets belly. Thanks again for al your help

It physically impossible to lose weight from just one spot on your body, you have to decrease your entire body fat percentage. That being said, there is no diet pill that will specifically reduce belly fat. There are many diet pills that will help you lose weight through your whole body. Also, try doing more ab excercises to tone your muscles which will help naturally ’suck in’ your belly. Good exercises are plank for 30-60 seconds, ab rollars, and anything that will work your entire core, not just crunches.

To lose belly fat or fat, I would suggest a fat binder. Fat binders are natural occurring ingredients from plants. In fact these have been know for centuries, and nomadic desert wanders would eat the cacti and other desert plants because of the appetite suppression they caused. Done in times of inadequate food supplies. So a fat binder does two things, remove fat before it gets absorbed by the body and suppresses appetite.
