What is the best diet pill to lose weight that i can try?

i have tried tuns nd tuns of diet pills. i even tried the acai berry pills aswell to help but none of them worked and plus there unhealthy and if u do lose weight with them and u stop taking them u will gain it all back on and possibly more weight than u had before. im losing 14lbs in 4 weeks. This is my diet plan if ud like to try it.

Special K or Bran flakes for breakfast with the lowest fat milk ( my milk contains 0.01% fat ). Then i do an half an hour walk. For lunch i have a cupa chicken soup with one slice of brown bread. After that i do and another 30 min walk. I have a normal dinner but as long nothing is fried or takeaway and its not a large portion. Then i do a 45 min walk.

When walking, walk fast. Walk faster than your normal paste.

Trust me, diet pills dont work….at all!. There crap. If you follow the diet plan above ull lose more weight than what the pills do and its healthier and the weight will stay of you.

I might be joining the jim soon as well so maybe u can try going to the jim in your free spare time.
