What is the most effective LONG term diet pill that is also safe?
ByI am looking for a diet pill that does not make me gain huge amounts of weight after I have stopped taking them (which I hear is quite a common case among diet pills). Im am very active and do some kind of physical activity everyday, but I am still not content with my body. Im short, only 5′1", and its difficult for me to lose fat in certain areas. Please suggest anything you find safe, effective, and can be used long term.

If you have areas of the body that you are that unhappy with you best option is to make sure you eat healthy and exercise. Do some research and find exercises that target the areas you want to work and set up a route and stick to it.

Weight pills will not help lose the weight from those ‘certain’ areas of ‘fattiness’. Hard work and dedication will help you lose the weight. Any diet pill that is worth the money is not good to be taken long term. Any diet pill that claims it can be taken for a long period of time with no side effects or harm to the body is not really speeding up any fat burning process.
That said, the best diet pill I have found is either: Hydroxycut Hardcore (old formula -good luck finding it) and Dren.
