But for the dumbbell swing you can use anything with a bit of weight. Instead of the renegade push-ups I might try T-push-ups.

@TriglavQ Thanks. Well it needs to be heavy enough to give you a workout but not so heavy that you can’t do the exercise without proper form and control. This goes for the swings and the renegade rows.

@myaa22 I obviously don’t know your exact workout or cardio program, but it sounds to me like you doing ok, maybe look at your eating plan a bit more and fine tune that to cut out more unhealthy fats, carbs and simple sugars especially. Good luck!
