hey vince i am a …
hey vince i am a loyal disciple of HIIT training but my problem is sticking to a diet because its really confusing some tell me to count calories but the math of it is easy to forget and some say cut carbs and thats somethin i never do because i need the energy to workout, typically i eat 4 times a day about 1500 calories and i have plateaued but its hard for me to cut sodas HELP!!!!

Thank you very much. Never considered shopping on the perimeter of the market. You’re right, it’s proteins, fruits and other good stuff. But I though grapes although sweet was a natural suger that didn’t necessarily caused the storing of fat.

i don’t want like a ripped Six pack, Just to burn off the fat i have on my stomach, this really helped i gotta cut out my Soda and replace it with like water. ANd i still got youth on my side, i haven’t really leaned out yet so by the time i stop growing, i’ll have something sorta close to yours

This dude kills peoples ideas about toning up and losing weight. He’s too perfect, he’s at the ultimate fitness level which requires almost full time devotion and with work levels the way they are and busy lives etc. 95% or people can’t do what he does in a gym for 3 hours a day 4 times a week. There are simple programmes out there that are reasonable which include a mix of changing diet, increasing cardio and building muscle. That’ll leave you with a great body AND a life.

Just eat most of your carbs (oatmeal and whole wheats) in the morning, and before and after a workout. the rest of your meals should be mainly protein.

Do cardio 5 times a week, in the morning, while maintaining around 1500 calories a day if you’re under 200lbs, and you should definitely lose weight.
