The best way to lose weight fast (along with a healthy whole foods diet) is combining cardio with explosive strength-building exercise. Do each of these 4 exercises for 1 minute with 20-30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times for the full workout. Please be advised that these are advanced exercises and you should not perform them if they are beyond your skill level.

I weigh 55kg and …
I weigh 55kg and 1.56cm tall and I’ve just completed one minutes of dynamic squats. Did i do the exercise wrongly? cause my knees went weak. I’m worried that the exercise might hurt my knees too… Is it advisable to start off lightly in this case and slowly extend the timing of each exercise? And is eating plain oat for breakfast ideal?
