Who doesn’t love kicking out over 13 grams of fat & over 120 calories?! My take on the Mc Donald’s Mc Griddle sandwich.
What you’ll need:
Two Low Cal Waffles-Toasted(any brand)
One Serving Size of Egg Whites-Cooked to your liking
Half Slice of Fat Free Cheese
Once Piece of Turkey Bacon
Sugar Free Syrup is optional

I really like your …
I really like your videos. Im not obese but i am a few pounds overweight and everytime i’ve tried to diet it’s escalated into an obsessive starvation diet. I’ve taken your advice and made some lifestyle changes…it’s not a diet! I’ve lost 9 pounds in 3 weeks and find i dont like the taste of fatty foods now and i havent skipped any meals.
