lol, good question. …
lol, good question. i’m no expert, but your hamstrings oppose your quadriceps (quads, for short). your quads pull your upper leg forward. e.g. when you’re walking, the ‘lift’ phase of your stride is controlled by your quads. so, your hamstring pulls your leg back down to the ground. without hammies, you wouldn’t be able to walk (or run, or stand, or crawl, etc.)

Obstacles? The lack of money to go to the gym. Enthusiasm. Youtube needs more videos how to do everything at home, I’m sure people would be more healthy, becouse not many get to go to a good gym.

are you stupid? there are two different hamstring that activate, 1st: hamstring more and 2nd: the back more. this you didn’t mention.

nice workouts but i think using the bar instead of Dumbells 4 dead lifts is more safe. Also when your doing the straight leg dead lift its a safe tip to go slightly lighter in weight so it does not put to much pressure on your back.. this is for people who are new to the weight room.
