Everyone finds what works for them, but as a general rule this is good. When you get up in the morning drink some water. Then until noon, whenever you are hungry eat fruit (I like to make smoothies with a mixture of frozen and fresh organic fruit). It is good to eat salads and vegetables afternoon and evening.
