I only weigh 61 KG …
I only weigh 61 KG and I’m 5′10 so I always wonder if trying these diets would put me at 58 kg as he says people lose five or six pounds. 58 seems to skinny.

dang, ive been trying to lose weight for 5 months( ive been doing it my way, ive lost 25 pounds but cant lose anything else, no matter what i do, im gonna do what you did and see what happens, congrats on the weight loss.

I did this…stoped …
I did this…stoped junk food, suga, most salt, and alcohol and ate real food…lots of vegis and rice with some fish & chicken. Nothing fried. I went from a 38 waist to a 32 in 3 months. This was not from reading the book, which can only be a plus.
