Of course I drink, I actually go out and get really hammered quite often! Just eat sensibly I mean, after posting my comment yesterday I was SO hungry and really craving for a snack so I went up and had a piece of highfibre bread with some jam. That’s not the best thing to eat but the thing is I then realise that and will just train harder today. I personally can’t follow a diet 100 % therefore even if it’s a zero sugar diet I would still eat some sugar.

yeah I’m with sk8ingchamp on this one. It’s true that if you didn’t consume any fat then you’d get a shock from eating something fatty however Fitness Fanatics eat fat! We eat sugar too you know because for one it’s hard not to, 2 there’s no reason not as long as you don’t overeat and 3 you’d get a shock if you then did eat sugar after not having eaten it for a while

Well, I also get fats from other foods like eggs and other meats. I mean, you need to have fats in your diet (good ones, of course). If nuts are your only source of Omega 3 fatty acids, then eat them. Like what you said, portion control is crucial.

Ya but nuts are healthy as long as you dont over eat them. That is the problem most people in america have is portion control. I eat nuts every day and im healthy cause its the only fat I get in my diet

the thing is, celery has a lot more fiber in it and is extremely low in calories. Plus, your body spends more calories digesting the celery than ingesting the calories from the celery. Good point though.

It’s true that nuts are fattening if you eat too many, but then again so is celery. Nuts have some great properties such as: Protein, healthy fats and are high in calories, therefore they’re a great snack if proportioned properly

Does anyone remember the video about the healthy food update? Well I just tried the Chobani yogurt and I was soo good! It really fulls you up and I was not hungry until it was time for lunch.
I also found these new drinks in the food store from Bolthouse Farms. I have tried the Mocha Cappuccino which tastes just like coffee ice cream and has 19g of protein!!!!. I thought you might enjoy the product too! Thanks for your help and ideas!
