What breakfast is efficient and gets your metabolism working fast for the day?

So for example, just fruit, or a whole grain cereal with an orange drink or a fresh fruit smoothie? What kind is best to get your metabolism working fast and to help you slim down?

Oatmeal is your best bet-it is better as a porridge and more nutritious and filling. Mix of whole grains is your other option with nuts and dried fruits- muesli.

You can also boil, cool down and mix a variety of grains and serve as breakfast cereal with milk, dried fruits and nuts, if you want a low glycemic index breakfast with longer lasting energy.

I personally found that Toast or something solid works best… I really struggle to eat breakfast though but it does pay off…
