What is more beneficial for metabolism? Breakfast or cardio as first thing completed in the morning?
By adminI’ve read pros to doing both as a good Weight loss method. Was wondering would have the best impact on a sped up metabolism throughout the rest of the day?
Assuming both will be done – just unsure which to do first?
Light breakfast before workout- like an apple.
Cardio
Full breakfast with protein in it.

Depends on every individual really. I generally have breakfast beforehand, then weight an hour and work-out. My boyfriend runs without any breakfast..
