What is the best diet pill out there that’s safe but effective?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m looking to lose about eight pounds. I bought GNC Burn 60 – it looks safe, but so far I haven’t noticed that much difference. What (hopefully cheap) diet pills have other users used and seen significant difference with? Please don’t answer and tell me ’safe diet pill’ is an oxymoron – I’ve had people tell me that before.
If you know of one, great! If not, thanks, but don’t post & warn me of the dangers – I’m quite aware.

What is the best way to avoid saggy skin during a weight loss regiment?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m 29, I’m 5′2”. In the past 2.5 weeks i have lost 11 pounds and now weigh 205. I have already noticed a little skin sag.
I reviewed the other questions on this topic. I want to know if it is necessary to stick to the regiment of 2 pounds max per week for Weight loss or it’s alright to lose more if you’re doing higher intensity exercises like swimming, running, bicycling.
I’ve been losing weight so fast b/c i’ve cut down on how much food i’ve been eating, working out multiple times a day and cutting down on sleep ( i was sleeping too much previously).
would collagen in skin spring back faster if i lose weight at the slower rate of 2 lbs per week?
even if i lose weight faster than the 2 lbs, and lose weight at the 1 lb/ day as i am now, will my skin shrink to normal eventually? (i hope to lose at least 70 more lbs) i’m willing to lose weight 2lb/wk. i gained this weight of 65 pounds over the past year. i haven’t had it for very long. is my skin resilient? be honest.
It really doesn’t matter how big you get (as long as you are not grossly overweight). What matters is how healthy your skin is, and the skin type you were born with.

Making sure you are taking these daily along with lots of water for hydration is VITAL to help your skin repair itself.
If you can stand to do it, you should replace EVERY FLUID in your diet with water–but make sure you don’t drink too much. You need to keep your skin hydrated, but you can make yourself sick if you drink TOO much.

Asthma inhaler…appetite supressant????
Posted by: | CommentsI suffer from mild asthma but recently it has gotten quite a bit worse so i’m taking my inhalers frequently throughout the day. Normally i have a very good appitite and if i don’t eat frequently I get dizzy and have headaches. This week was very busy at work and most days i’d get to the end of the day and realise I hadn’t had lunch yet (unintentionally) and the strangest thing about it was that I wasn’t even hungry.
I am relatively thin anyway so am not trying to loose weight but wondered if my inhalers could be suppressing my appetite because i’m sure i’ve read somewhere that this can happen????? Please help

honey if you weight that much you are just fine I’m so sick of society putting it in girls head they need to be thin to fit in your perfect just the way you are if you loose weight your going to look sick and that aint cute like my grandmother always said don’t nothing like bones but a dog be proud of who you are and what you look like

Do you still eat 4 times a day in small portions like usual?
I guess I’m not being really clear. My question was, do I still need to eat 4 times a day, or can I go back to my usual pattern of eating 2-3 times a day?

Glucomannan & foods made of konjac…Very good sources of fiber w/out many calories or carbohydrates. Eat clean & less processed foods. Eat lean protein. Avoid foods w/ chickory root extract in the ingredients list. Avoid maltodextrin & other simple sugars. Watch your carbohydrate intake & eat lots of fruits & vegetables.
Honestly, there’s nothing out there that’s going to suppress your appetite short of prescription drugs w/out unpredictable side effects. You could try alli, it’s not an appetite suppressant but it keeps some of the fat calories from being absorbed.
How much protein should a female consume for weight loss?
Posted by: | CommentsI’ve been working out consistently for about a year, but my Weight loss has been really slow. I’ve only lost about 15-18lbs. I’ve also changed my diet and started eating a lot healthier. I haven’t been intaking much protein and I believe that is a reason why my weight loss has been slow. How much protein should I take to speed up my weight loss? Are there any recipes, shakes or vitamins I should be taking?
I workout at least 3-4x a week. On average I’m at the gym for 1hr. – 1.5hrs. I’ve been attending the RPM & Body Pump classes at least 2x a week. On the other days I’m doing cardio and weightlifting. I also do resistence training.
Protein: Beans, lean meats such as boneless skinless chicken and fish, peanut butter (about 1 tablespoon for a serving), etc…
Lean Protein should make up about 40% of your daily nutritional intake per day. 30% is for whole grains. 20% is for fruits & vegetables. 10% is for fat.
