I’m looking to lose about eight pounds. I bought GNC Burn 60 – it looks safe, but so far I haven’t noticed that much difference. What (hopefully cheap) diet pills have other users used and seen significant difference with? Please don’t answer and tell me ’safe diet pill’ is an oxymoron – I’ve had people tell me that before.
If you know of one, great! If not, thanks, but don’t post & warn me of the dangers – I’m quite aware.

I’ve been working out consistently for about a year, but my Weight loss has been really slow. I’ve only lost about 15-18lbs. I’ve also changed my diet and started eating a lot healthier. I haven’t been intaking much protein and I believe that is a reason why my weight loss has been slow. How much protein should I take to speed up my weight loss? Are there any recipes, shakes or vitamins I should be taking?
I workout at least 3-4x a week. On average I’m at the gym for 1hr. – 1.5hrs. I’ve been attending the RPM & Body Pump classes at least 2x a week. On the other days I’m doing cardio and weightlifting. I also do resistence training.
Protein: Beans, lean meats such as boneless skinless chicken and fish, peanut butter (about 1 tablespoon for a serving), etc…
Lean Protein should make up about 40% of your daily nutritional intake per day. 30% is for whole grains. 20% is for fruits & vegetables. 10% is for fat.

I am looking for a weight loss pill that is effective and could be bought at a reasonable price. I am also going to the gym 5 days a week for an hr and half. Any suggestions are welcome.
The fastest way to weight loss is by taking weight loss pills and supplements. But the risks involved with taking diet supplements significantly outweigh the results any person would receive. Most people believe that diet pills and supplements will solved their overweight problems overnight. In 2005 i was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and I’m "very overweight" (215 pounds). The doctor said I should think about losing some weight and start to exercise. I’ve had three back surgeries since 2001, I used to be a size five. But then I blew up to an astonishing size 22. I’ve tried throwing up my food but that I could never succeed at it even though Ive tried a thousand times. I’ve try marking down everything I eat, took weight loss pills and exercising to burn the extra fat. You name it, i’ve tried it.
Finally, in April 2008 my best friend introduce me a new technique of weight loss program. At first i was a bit sceptical since i’ve been ripped off a few times. But after joining the program, I’ve lost 30 pounds in the first month and currently my weight is 120 pounds. For anyone on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet – how often & how much should I eat during those 3 cheat days?
Do you still eat 4 times a day in small portions like usual?
try to cut down the junk food to a minimum on cheat days
