i need a strong one that really works because for some reason my will power is so weak and im going on holiday in 3 months i need to lose a stone and a half by then and i cannot do it with pure willpower i need a strong appetite supressant i know pills cant melt away fat but at least they can make me not hungry so i dont eat as much!!

Nope, it’s a mild contact anesthetic, it is not an appetite suppressant! Think about it, why would you give a young child an appetite suppressant, they could get very ill very quickly from dehydration!

I have tried hoodia (many different forms) i’ve tried slim shots as well. and maybe one or 2 other drinks/pills that promise to surpress your appetite. But none of them work for me!!! i follow all instructions and mayhbe i can see a difference in appetite for about an hour or so but it always comes back with a vegence. I’m really looking for an app suppres that truly work for hours and hours. i’d rather have it be as natural as possible and not mixed together with other energy ingredients. i’,m only interested in supressing my appetite. any ideas anyone? thanks so much!

You can get Phentermine or Diethylproprion from you doctor. Insurance won’t pay for the prescription but they work

Yep, it is, especially espresso shots. I’ve read about it and I drink it when I’m very hungry but too busy to eat. I’m not overweight so I guess that is a bit unhealthy lol, but I suggested drinking black coffee to my friend who was overweight and having trouble following her diet. She said it helped her ignore the hunger at times when she wasn’t supposed to eat yet and it helped her to lose the weight.

Although caffeine isn’t particularly healthy, I’ve read some studies that think it helps people lose weight by increasing their energy level. However, I’m not 100% sure about the validity of what I read, but it seems to make sense.

The good thing is that even after I drink coffee, I’m still able to enjoy a meal. So I’m guessing it’s not a huge appetite suppressant, unless maybe someone drinks too much.

So for anyone that is too busy to eat or trying to lose weight, I guess it is a good thing to drink….especially decaffeinated.

Have been prescribed Tenuate at 75mg daily. What affect will it have on my body? What can I expect?

I know it is an appetite supressant that is like an amphetamine and that the effect can wear off after a few weeks, but my doctor hasn’t really given me much info on it. Can anyone on here help?

Did your dr just prescribe this to you???? Take it first thing in the morning, it makes your heart race and it will keep you up if you take it later on in the day, side effects: constipation.

If I exercise for 60 min. everyday and eat sensible, how much weight could I lose in a week?

I currently weigh 190 lbs. and I am taking an appetite supressant from my Dr. called Phentermine. I need to lose 8 lbs by my next weigh in which is every 2 weeks. Any suggestions?

Like you said, Excises for an hour a day, and eat healthy meals, you’ll be losing weight in no time.

For exercising, I’d say go about 20 mins at a time, take a 3-5 min break in between.
