<br />I take it you are trying to lose Weight, correct? Well, I hate to break it to you but there is no magical fat burning pill out there. If this pill did exist, dont you think obesity wouldnt be a problem anymore? Hell, everyone would be taking this pill to lose their Weight. </p>

<p>1. Cardio: Run, Walk, Cycling, Swimming, etc. for 30-60 minutes per day 5 x a week. Take the Weekends off to relax. Cardiovascular exercise gets the blood flowing and the heart pumping, which burns fat,</p>
<p>2. Calisthenics: Push-ups, Sit-ups, Crunches, Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks, Burpees, etc. Try and do as many of each of these exercises that you can do. These exercises help tone your<br />
body while burning additional calories.</p>
<p>3. Weight Lifting: Bicep Curls, Bench Press, Squats, and even Push-ups once again makes out for a great exercise. If you dont have a Dumbbell or Weight Lifting equipment, Push-ups can make up for it.</p>

<p>5. When you should eat: Try and make an eating plan that looks somewhat similar to (Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner) Space your Snacks and Meals accordingly. 2-3 hours a part is normal. However, you can customize it to your standards.</p>

<br />The best way to loose weight is to reduce your food intake and increase your activity.  I work out at a gym about 3 times a week, and I noticed the biggest improvements were made while I was drinking about an ounce of Acai juice every morning and before going to bed, but as I said, I work out, and it may not have any effect if you do not.  </p>
<p>Cardio workouts are sooo boring and you don&#8217;t see fast results, so its easy to get discouraged, my solution to that is weight lifting.  It gives you goals and increases your metabolism.  That&#8217;s what keeps me going back.  If you get into a weight training schedule it will keep you going to the gym and you&#8217;ll see fast results.</p>
<p>BTW, your maximum goal should be 2lbs a week.  I go up and down about 5lbs in a matter of days, but when I was loosing a lot of weight it averaged to about 2lbs a week.</p>

<p>You must count calories and at least in initial stages write down what you are going to eat and when then stay on that list. Your total calories for the week must not exceed, 1500 x 7 = 10,500 calories this will give you leave way to indulge at special occasions like wedding and parties, but you must write down what you eat and account for the calories latter and adjust the total intake next week.</p>

While at it build your body too, while reducing by doing body parts specific exercises.</p>
<p>If you are not too old, then best way to reduce your weight is to increase your height.</p>

<p>In rare cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.</p>
<p>Cycling is good exercise and fun too.</p>
<p>You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.</p>
<p>The FEW things I did at least helped me.</p>
<p>Swimming. </p>
<p>Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.</p>
<p>Stretching exercises on floor.</p>
<p>Find them on line.</p>
<p>Chin ups.</p>
<p>Full stretch type.</p>
<p>Swinging from a rope.</p>

According to this calculation if you find your self say only 10 pounds more, you may not be over weight. Remember every one is slightly different and you can just watch it, on your own and not let it get out of hand.</p>

<p>This is also simple, have doctor check you out for any physical or hormonal abnormalities. The doctor should be advising you of your ideal weight even though you have already figured out the ideal weight and you are seen a doctor because your weight is not where it should be according to BMI.</p>
<p>Basic understanding of loosing weight.</p>
<p>Every one uses calories at all time. There may be some exceptions to this rule, for most of us; the rate of use, even when we are resting, we use 65 calories per hour minimum. This comes to1560 calories per day. The actual range is between 65 and 100 calories per hour. This is consistent with heart rate of 60 to 80 bits per minute.</p>

<p>When one tries to loose weight, one should loose excess fat; there should be a healthy loss of weight. Loosing muscles tissue is unhealthy.</p>
<p>How much is one pound of body fat?</p>
<p>One pound of body fat weight is approximately same as one pound of butter. If you look at a one pound package of butter, you will see it contains between 3200 to 3600 calories. This means that each time a person burns 3600 more calories then what the person takes in, the person will loose one pound.</p>
<p>How many pounds should a person loose in a month?</p>
<p>Any one that is trying to trim down can figure out how long it took to put on the excess pounds. The fact is; it did not happen over night. It usually creeps up, but the person realizes one day suddenly.</p>

you dont need clubs, junk off the internet or diet pills.<br />
if you are losing 3 lbs a week think of that as a great achievement! you would never put 3lbs on it a week so your getting it off faster than it came on.</p>
<p>just think if you weighed 260 lbs. and you lost 3 lbs a week it would only take you 40 weeks to lose all your excess fat. that is only 10 months.</p>
<p>chances are you dont weigh that much. so just think how long it will take you if you work at it. because even if it takes you a whole year, thats only 1 out of the 100 you got to live your life and get on with it with good health and a great body.</p>
