What fat loss supplement should i take?

I want to take a fat loss supplement but i do not wan’t to lose everything iv’e already gained. I am 6′1" and i weigh 196 lbs. I was about 173 3 months ago and im trying to cut off some of the fat i gained with the muscle i have added. Most of the weight iv’e gained is muscle but the fat is slowing me down a little bit.

Low Fat Foods don’t work
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets don’t work
You won’t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body’s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all Weight loss comes to a halt — known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.

Low Carb Plans don’t work
You’ll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

In the "Classic" P90X program it only has Kenpo X and Plyometrics, thats only 2 days worth of cardio.
So how comes P90X is good for fat loss?
I’v always been told that 2 days of cardio a week is not enough for fat loss.
oh right, so can lifting weights also help reduce body fat?

p90x have you done it, All the routines I have done are Very high tempo with short breaks and lots of moving fast, This is totally cardio and strength workouts,

Jogging for 30 mins is cardio ya?

P90xs gets your heart going way faster then in jogging, way more sweat, way more tears, pushup variation then jump squats, backto back with more after that. definitley goes down in my books as cardio, its strength too.

I’ve been trying to lose weight recently. I’ve been really healthy, drinking a lot of water, eating healthy and doing excercise, but my weight never goes down it just stays the same. So i considered Weight loss pills. Is it true that after you stop taking them you’ll put on weight like crazy? Are they bad for you? I just want to know if its true that you gain weight when you stop taking them, as i dont want to be taking them for the rest of my life. Any info on this would be great. Thanks!

percent of body fat is more important, not weight. if weight was more important then most bodybuilders would be considered overweight. weight loss pills usually dont work and if they do they arent good for the heart and more than likely you will gain all that weight back when off the pills…

I’m looking for just a little boost of fat-loss. I’m within ten pounds of my goal (lost 15 already), but took the summer off for the most part due to circumstances beyond my control. I’ve probably gained back a little of it. So, what’s a weight-loss supplement that could help give me the little boost I need to make it to where I want to go?

Hello everyone. I have a quick question, which I need a pretty specific reply if you don’t mind. So basically, what is the best exercise for fat loss (body fat)? I have access to a local gym, and I have a large neibhorhood (my resources). So if anyone educated with this topic can answer this, your answer will be greatly appreciated.

I heard there were like 4 different ones and each varies upon the person. Thyroid Gland, Parathyroid Gland, Pituitary Gland, and Liver. These are the main organs responsible for fat loss. If you can find out which organ stimulates your fat loss personally, you’ve succeded at burning fat. Is this true? I believe mine is the thyroid gland, so what factors stimulte the thyroid…Calcium, Protein, Carbohyrdates, etc. …What?

As far as I know, it’s the thyroid gland for everyone lol.
