I’m looking for just a little boost of fat-loss. I’m within ten pounds of my goal (lost 15 already), but took the summer off for the most part due to circumstances beyond my control. I’ve probably gained back a little of it. So, what’s a weight-loss supplement that could help give me the little boost I need to make it to where I want to go?
Low Fat Foods don’t work
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.
Low Calorie Diets don’t work
You won’t lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body’s fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of Weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt — known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.
Low Carb Plans don’t work
You’ll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

Hello everyone. I have a quick question, which I need a pretty specific reply if you don’t mind. So basically, what is the best exercise for fat loss (body fat)? I have access to a local gym, and I have a large neibhorhood (my resources). So if anyone educated with this topic can answer this, your answer will be greatly appreciated.

I heard there were like 4 different ones and each varies upon the person. Thyroid Gland, Parathyroid Gland, Pituitary Gland, and Liver. These are the main organs responsible for fat loss. If you can find out which organ stimulates your fat loss personally, you’ve succeded at burning fat. Is this true? I believe mine is the thyroid gland, so what factors stimulte the thyroid…Calcium, Protein, Carbohyrdates, etc. …What?
As far as I know, it’s the thyroid gland for everyone lol.

I just recently upped my workout routine and was wondering when I would see the fat loss (assuming I am doing everthing correctly, diet, workout plan, etc) Is there some kind of delay on fat loss, or, say if you lost 1/4 pound in a day, would you actually see it?

The upped routine is 3-4x a week 30 min of weight training, and 7 days of 45 min on the eliptical. (I was going only 4 days a week doing weights 3 days and cardio all 4)

You can’t even see 1/4 pound Weight loss on a baby.
Think percentages. A 150 pound person who loses 15 pounds [ 10% of body weight ] is going to see it faster than a
person who weighs 225 [ 7.5% ] or one who weighs 300
[ 5% ]. there is definitely a delay, and only a significant accumulation of weight loss will be visible.

I am looking for a weight loss pill that is effective and could be bought at a reasonable price. I am also going to the gym 5 days a week for an hr and half. Any suggestions are welcome.

Finally, in April 2008 my best friend introduce me a new technique of weight loss program. At first i was a bit sceptical since i’ve been ripped off a few times. But after joining the program, I’ve lost 30 pounds in the first month and currently my weight is 120 pounds. The truth is our own metabolism system play a vital part in controlling the amount of body fat burned in the process of providing energy to the body. Knowledge about our own metabolism function is the mother to all Weight loss programs.
