I work out everyday and burn about 500 calories while biking, and running. I lift weights to help my arms build muscle, but not a lot of weight, maybe about 10 lbs each arm.
i eat a normal healthy diet, i don’t wanna starve myself.
How can i increase fat loss and weight gain without really trying?

You have to try.. If you want to gain muscle mass you need to be working with heavier weights 10lbs wont do much

What fat loss supplement should i take?

I want to take a fat loss supplement but i do not wan’t to lose everything iv’e already gained. I am 6′1" and i weigh 196 lbs. I was about 173 3 months ago and im trying to cut off some of the fat i gained with the muscle i have added. Most of the weight iv’e gained is muscle but the fat is slowing me down a little bit.

Low Fat Foods don’t work
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets don’t work

I need to lose about 30 … I look fine now but its really bothering me .Well I don’t have treadmill and no diet pills or anything like because I’m 13. I just need to know if any food will make my metabolism majorly speed up ? I drink fuze alot it says it helps does it ?

At 13, you shouldn’t be dieting at all….just watching your calories, eat healthier meals…I know at that age it is very hard, cause usually you are "strapped" to what your parents want to feed you….but what you do, when they make your plate, take the plate, and split the plate in half. Put the other half in a tupper ware/plastic container, and save it for tomorrow’s lunch/dinner :)

No….don’t feed it to the dogs..lol.

But yea, green tea will help, again I won’t recommend a supplement…but green tea does come in pill form, but at 13, you are too young to go that route…most stores will not even sell them to young looking kids I don’t think….

I’m a 30 year old female who can’t take diet pills with stimulants. My diet consists mainly of dairy and pasta, so I need a carb blocker or fat burner. I’ve checked out numerous websites claiming to be impartial but they all turn out to be promoting one brand or another. Any advice, and please, I know that exercise is the best way to lose weight and i am active. So diet pill advice only, please.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural Weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

its my engagement in a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i’m on a diet ive joined the gym but i just cant stop binge eating so im getting fatter rather than losing weight.. does anyone know o0f an appetite supressant that actually works or anything that could help me lose the weight faster but minimal side effects.. thank u

A bit controversial but Ephedrine Hydrochloride is really good but has some side effects similar to amphetamines which has caused some countries to ban it. Also has a thermogenic effect which burn calories quicker too.

Im about 5′5" and weigh 127 – 130 pounds i have some xtra fat around my waste especially lower back (love handles). i hate them.i am a full time student and work full time i cant seem to be able to find time to work out !! ALSO im a emotional eater and im always munching on something, cant stop !! Okay… think about what you are asking about… two dangerous pills on their own put together…. ’tis unhealthy, girl. Just when you get the emo munchies, eat soemthing small, low in fat, sugar, and salt… with few calories… and you should do just fine… Do not take pills to lose weight… it is not the right thing to do.
