			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What Im trying to say is, that if your  goal is only fat loss, aside from doing lots of cardio, should you lift weights with the same intensity you would as if your goal was building muscle? Or should you go for less weight/more reps?<br />
<br />Cardio burns excess stored fat. Do cardio first then lift.<br />
This keeps the heart rate elevated for a longer period of time.<br />
Try reps of 12-8-4 adding 10 or 20 pounds between sets.<br />
Do one exercise rep then an opposing exercise.<br />
Something like bench press using the pectorals then rows using the back muscles.<br />
Switch them back and forth only taking the time to change the weights or pins.<br />
You should really be getting tired at this point. Now you are seriously burning some calories.<br />
Switch muscle groups and do upper body one day and lower body and core the next. Cardio everyday.<br />
One day of total rest with maybe a brisk walk, ride, or run to stretch out.<br />

Finally after finishng and producing the complete 10 DVD program I had a chance to follow the complete system from start to finish.<br />
I wanted to burn more calories , burn more body fat , improve my cardio endurance and aerobics fitness level.<br />
Doing the complete 60 program confirmed that it really is an awesome program.  I lost 10 pounds but it was the fat I wanted to shed and I did just that.  Going down one jeans size was huge for me since I had worn the same size jeans for the last 20 years.  My fitness level has gotten so much better along with my flexibility.
