Im very over weight , Obease actully , But im starting my Weight loss journey and i know exersize and eating healthy is the only way to go. But im thinking about using pro clinical hydroxy cut ALONG with exersize and eating right just to boost my weight loss beacuse i have my grad comming up in june.Im not asking for any cristism about diet pills , i know they are harmful but will this help me at all?

You should try diet and exercise first. The pills aren’t what they’re cracked up to be. Either it won’t work, or you’ll gain the weight back when you stop taking it.
Diet and exercise is much more effective and long-term.

I heard that if you cut calories in your diet, your metabolism slows down in order to conserve energy, but if you exercise, it speeds up. What happens if you go on a diet but also exercise a lot? Does it stay the same then? Is this an effective way to lose weight? What’s the most effective way?

I would love to hear what you think the best diet pills are and your experience with them. I only have about 20 lbs that I want to lose and I am a 22 year old female. I had a baby and delivered her by C-section and now I have this stubborn belly fat and general body fat that I want to get rid of. I want to use a diet pill along with my diet and exercise to get the maximum results. Any ideas?

I am asking for my daughter she is currently only seventeen , and has struggled with weight her whole life. She has tryed everything, now just wondering which diet pill is best to aid her in her quest of a healthy weight. Please do not answer with diet and exercise as the only way to go , i know that people say there are risks and i understand that.
Please do not let your daughter take diet pills. That will be the worst decision. I have tried at least 10 different ones and none of them worked. They just made me very sick and miserable.
If you can afford it then enroll her to a weight watchers class.

I am currently on 10ml of Lexapro a day, but would like to lose some weight as well. In the past I have taken diet pills which have helped in my success. I would like to lose about 30lbs, but am not sure which pill would be the best option?
None of them fulfil the promises made in their advertisements. A waste of money and they all say you must diet and exercise – like you do the work, they pocket your money.
The only thing that boosts metabolism and burns calories is movement, exercise.

In my opinion – if I may – all pharma approaches to Weight loss are dangerous attempts at short-cutting what should be a natural process.
A few pointers that will accomplish the same results, just as quickly, AND will improve your health too.
- no food at the start of your day, instead make an appointment to do 30-45 mins low intensity exercise (walk or jog, depending on your current capabilities) (drink plenty of water before and during the exercise)
- vegetarian diet, high as you can tolerate in fresh whole fruits and leafy greens
- moderate strength training will accelerate your progress – any muscle added changes your metabolism and helps further burn off fat. Stronger = safer, too.
Good luck. You may do well to make an appointment with yourself to do these daily things, so they don’t fall out of consideration.

I was under the impression that fat loss leads to weight loss or vice versa but it seems both are different. Can anyone explain the difference??

Weight loss could be fat loss + muscle loss + water loss. This sets you up for rebound weight gain. the water loss will come back. The loss muscle will be replaced with fat when the weight comes back. Weight loss alone that is not ALL fat loss is not sustainable. Weight loss can be achieved via dieting but fat loss can only be achieved via a sensible diet and exercise. Fat loss is sustainable on the long term as you will most likely build on your muscle reserves while you lose fat. Fat loss is correct weight loss.
