Eating healthy food not junk food also goes a long way to help you lose weight and in the process eat small meals frequently like 4 to 5 meals a day, do not starve you self by eating 1or 2 meals a day. What this does to you is that your body will realize that there is no food and will start to compensate every time you eat so all the food are store in your body as fat. Small meals taken frequently increases your metabolism hence no fat stored and therefore no weight gained.
Another way on how to lose weight is by doing exercising. On the contrary of many peoples belief that exercising is going to the gym that is wrong. A simple 2 mile walk daily can go a long way in helping you lose weight. Exercise is good for you because it elevates your metabolism so that you burn more calories and which will help to reduce the amount of calories in your body hence no fats. When you are just starting to exercise with the aim of losing weight do not go into weight lifting much that you can arrange later, do cardio exercise to make you get rid of the excess fat and strengthen you bones. Exercise also helps in reducing amount of stress that you have.
One effective way of how to lose weight fast is by using medicine (pills) or gastric bypass surgery. Sliming pills generally decrease hunger, cub appetite and some increase your metabolism. It is a fast weight loss remedy that is very controversial and has been debated all around the world. The surgery is done to cut off the essential enzymes used to digest fat, so you will be incapable of absorbing the fat in you digestive system. It is a very quick Weight loss program and mostly done for people in special circumstances.
In summary, make sure you choose wisely the kind of weight loss program you like either lose weight fast or the slow and steady conventional methods. It is imperative that when you start have a partner to help you through it because it can be exhausting and that one push can take you far. The remedies I have given you are the basics of weight loss programs and most programs use them in different ways. Hope this will go a long way to help you lose weight and get you the ideal weight.

I wasn’t going to upload this video because it seemed so simple, but then I figured that was the beauty of it – to show how to make a great tasting meal that is not hard to make. If you’re a busy person and don’t have much time to cook, here’s a nice meal that does not take much effort. Having a George Foreman grill is really handy, but you don’t need one. This is a typical dinner for me. Enjoy.

She discusses different motivations for weight loss and if we want to lose weight for self esteem and body image and because we think we’ll feel better about ourselves or whether we want to lose weight to improve our health and overall wellness. What is our weight loss goal? Is it healthy? Is it out of fear of what others think of us, how we think we should look? How can we really feel better about ourselves?
Most of us would like to lose weight and have a more trim, more sexy body, but being a magazine cover model isn’t realistic for many reasons, including the photoshop effect and touch-ups done to nearly all photos we see in magazines and billboards. Sometimes people sacrifice their health to obtain a desired aesthetic, this may be plastic surgery, prescription or over the counter drugs, unhealthy dieting or worse.
This video also mentions the issue of eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia and the new fad of thinspirations or thinspos to inspire women (and men) to be extremely thin. The thinspo has become popular and while this video does not speak to eating disorders directly, it does point out that there are so many pro-ana and pro-ed groups out there, the obsession with thin may be going too far.
