this question is for serious fitness competitiors and allied occupations. whats the best fat loss supplement you have tried that works to cut down the last few pounds and get show ready cut?
and i excersice already 6 days a week. run 30 min a day and weight train. thats why i want only fitness pros to answer this question.

i mean does continuing anaerobics lead to fat loss. i heard that anaerobics builds muscles whereas aerobics burns fats.

Anaerobics does not burn any fat as the body requires energy very fast and it is not possible to burn fat so fast. You should not be doing anaerobics for long as it might lead to muscle loss.

Hello.

Routine – 20 squats as fast as I can, rest 30 seconds. Repeat until I reach 300 squats. My heart rate goes up dramatically, and I sweat as hell. Also I need to breathe deeply.

Keeping that in mind, are the squat routine I preform every other day good enough for fat loss?

I’d go for the running.I’ve met enough people who have got real skinny from it. Good luck.

In the "Classic" P90X program it only has Kenpo X and Plyometrics, thats only 2 days worth of cardio.
So how comes P90X is good for fat loss?
I’v always been told that 2 days of cardio a week is not enough for fat loss.
oh right, so can lifting weights also help reduce body fat?

p90x have you done it, All the routines I have done are Very high tempo with short breaks and lots of moving fast, This is totally cardio and strength workouts,

Jogging for 30 mins is cardio ya?

P90xs gets your heart going way faster then in jogging, way more sweat, way more tears, pushup variation then jump squats, backto back with more after that. definitley goes down in my books as cardio, its strength too.

Don’t listen to people that say stuff like that. Just look at the science of it and use logic.

High intensity strength workouts burn more energy than low intensity cardio.

I have been lifting weights over the last couple of months and I am starting to get serious. Will lifting heavy weights and running/other cardio result in muscle gain and fat loss?

Yes, that is a good combination, cardio with stregnth training will cause you to lose alot of fat and build up muscle. Keep working on it, you will get cut and look good.
