How well does alli (the diet pill) work?

I have been on a diet but I just can’t seem to lose the last 10 pounds. So I have been looking in to diet pills. Alli seems like the best one but before I invest in them I want to know how well they work! And if they don’t what would be the best pill to go with.

Losing weight Eating: rules to lose weight by learning how to Never Do not skip meals:

1) Start the day with a hearty breakfast on dairy foods, carbohydrates, sugars, should never be lacking, or you run the risk of dangerous attacks of hunger, fasting in the morning does nothing to reduce the weight.
2) In each meal should never miss a portion of carbohydrates, preferably wholemeal. The fiber-rich grains are carbohydrates that increase the feeling of satiety and help the ‘gut.
3) There must always be present in every meal, a good portion of seasonal vegetables, contain anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals and protect against diabetes, heart disease, cancer and obesity.
4) Give yourself two snacks a day, preferably fruit / yogurt, never to spend too many hours between meals’ s another.
5) Better not to abuse the cheese, maximum 2 times per week (3 times if thin as cottage cheese, flakes of milk ..) contain protein, calcium, phosphorus and vitamin A but also a lot of fat
6) Eating fish at least 2 times a week, is rich in phosphorus, proteins, vitamins and Omega 3.
7) At least 3 times a week, one of the main meals should be a main dish, soup, vegetables and cereals with a side of vegetables. That’s fine too un’insalatone with egg, ham or tuna with low-fat mozzarella or 50 g. wholemeal bread. Pasta or rice salad with spiced vegetables.
8) Season the pasta with vegetables, rich in vitamins, such as tomato, zucchini, eggplant, broccoli, asparagus, fresh tomatoes, spinach.
9) Limit the sauces with meat sauce, bacon, cream, 1 to 2 times a week, being very rich in calories, you will only follow a side dish of vegetables.
10) In the same meal two unmatched calorie foods, such as you avoid eating meat more cheese, bread and pasta, potatoes and bread.
11) The method of cooking is important, prefer boiled, steamed, grilled, braised.
12) Avoid fatty sauces, vegetables better to use water or vegetable broth, wine, tomato sauce, spices and herbs. Limit the use of salt increases blood pressure, fluid retention, which helps increase the swelling and cellulitis.
13) Do you prefer the ‘extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons daily, preferably added raw to cooked.
14) Limit your intake of sweets, if you want a meal and not as a snack.
15) Drink at least a liter and half-2 liters of fluid a day, avoid sugary or carbonated drinks, water or unsweetened drinks, which help the body to purify itself by eliminating toxins. Excellent tea.

I always thought that raw almonds were better, but then someone told me that dark chocolate covered almonds have more antioxidants and less fat. Which one is better for fat loss?

Raw almonds, raw vegetables, green leafy vegetables, lean meats, fish, healthy fats, and reasonable portions, combined with exercise is your best and healthiest bet to losing weight.

I am a fairly active mother of two, and I am having issues losing weight. I work out every day for about an hour, and I work as a waitress, so I’m on my feet for 6-8 hours a day. I have really hit a wall on Weight loss and I would like to try something to get the weight off fast. I eat healthy and in small portions, and I drink lots of water. I am healthy, except for the weight. What weight loss pill would you recommend?

None. Weight Loss pills are not FDA approved, and in many cases found to be ineffective.

Eat Healthy, Eat right (missing meals starts fat build up), and drink a lot of water – like you are doing.

Working out wise. Do more. If you do the same routine everyday your body will get used to it and you will not lose weight. Try doing cardio one day, aerobics another. Don’t slow down, do meaningful physical training.

@Emily. That’s a daily muti-vitamin, not a weight loss pill. I take a multi-vitamin everyday, there’s no harm to it.

Very soon i plan on working out every morning and i want to lose a lot of weight….so what weight loss supplement would be best for me?

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural Weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Weight Loss Journey Update 6

Hey Ladies I know it has been a minute since I last updated on my Weight loss journey. I aint even going to lie I have been slacking on the gym exercise cause I have been so tired lately and just been so busy with work and life in general.

I did slack a little on the healthy eating but I am still doing y best, ,you know we are all human and sometimes just can not help the temptations.

However I am still working out, losing a little at a time. I know I gotta get back on my grind at the gym, not sure if I can commit everyday to the gym because of my hectic life, but I have not stopped on my journey and PROUD to say that I wear a size 12 now and still losing.

Not trying to be too small cause I like the junk in my trunk (LOL) but I just want this belly to be flat and then I am good.

I have changed my diet pills only because I was told that these that I am using works much better than my Thermo Burst however will tell you they do give me a great deal of energy, and I know I need that.

For those of you ladies who are interested in losing weight make sure you do it at your own pace, never let anyone force you into losing weight, and do it because YOU WANT TO, but being healthy all startes with a proper diet and exercise. We dont have to be Super Models but I do believe we should all be HEALTHY and that goes with any weight and size.

Being healthy does not mean being thin it means being HEALTHY!

Never give up on anything and dont kick yourself down if you could not help in eating those cookies or cake cause Ladies we all are human and none of us are perfect.
