What is the best diet pill out there that’s safe but effective?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m looking to lose about eight pounds. I bought GNC Burn 60 – it looks safe, but so far I haven’t noticed that much difference. What (hopefully cheap) diet pills have other users used and seen significant difference with? Please don’t answer and tell me ’safe diet pill’ is an oxymoron – I’ve had people tell me that before.
If you know of one, great! If not, thanks, but don’t post & warn me of the dangers – I’m quite aware.

Is my squat routine good enough for fat loss?

Routine – 20 squats as fast as I can, rest 30 seconds. Repeat until I reach 300 squats. My heart rate goes up dramatically, and I sweat as hell. Also I need to breathe deeply.
Keeping that in mind, are the squat routine I preform every other day good enough for fat loss?
I’d go for the running.I’ve met enough people who have got real skinny from it. Good luck.
WHY do certain people on here INSIST that low intensity exercise is better for fat loss?
Posted by: | CommentsDr. Angelo Tremblay’s study showed high intensity is great. The "9 times more fat loss thing " is exaggerated and did NOT happen, but HIIT is still good.
I guarantee you lift weight hard for 45 minutes you WILL burn A LOT of calories and lose weight.
So WHY do CERTAIN people on here claim this?

The speed at which you lose weight is mosly determined by your body type. Some people can lose weight quickly and for others it takes more time, I guess it really depends on your definition of quickly. The best advice I can give is to try different things to see what works for you. A year ago I weighed about 212 pounds and now I am at my target weight of 140 pounds thanks to some hard work, dedication, and a good program. I would recommend the same program to anyone who wants to see real results, not claims of a "magic pill" that will allow you to lose pounds overnight.
