Hi everyone. I am 5′5” tall. I was 108-lb when I was 18 years old. Now I am going to be 33 years old in June and am 110-lb. I lost 5 lbs in the last 2 months by mostly eating home made food and exercise regularly. I hope this video is somewhat helpful to you. Thanks for taking your time to watch this video. Cheers, Lin

Breakfast/Lunch: 1 1/4 cup green grapes
handful of blueberries
9 raspberries
3 strawberries
1 lemon
1 orange
1 apple
1 tomato
2 carrots
1/2 beet
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup aloe vera juice
2 stalks kale
Ice
1 stalk celery= 4-5 cups. This tastes DELICIOUS!!
