Instructions:
1. Figure out your goal (Weight loss, bulk up, or maintain).
2. Calculate your BMR using the BMR calculator (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/).
3. Determine your activity level.
4. Multiply your BMR by your activity level.
To lose 1 pound per week, subtract 500 from your final number.
To gain 1 pound per week, add 500 to your final number.
To maintain your current weight, leave your number as is.
