@twinklemadaan1 Hey thanks for watching….if you have knee pain then i would recommend that you skip the jump part completely and stick only with Sprawl…..also if you have an access to gym nearby then try and do light leg curl,leg extension,hip abduction,hip adduction as these exercises will help you to strengthen the muscles around the knee and aid faster recovery …..regards raghav

This actually works …
This actually works really and u don’t have to do it outdoors u can do it indoors and when u get hungry instead of eating pasta and like that u should get something called muscle milk which is a powder that have TONS of protein in it, all u have to do is mix or with milk and it tastes great too! Running IS NOT the best exercise out there
