“organic foods are …
“organic foods are actually the same as non organic or normal food” I think that food which can truly be classed as ‘Organic’ has been grown in your own garden because it has travelled as little as possible, it hasn’t had any chemicals added, and it hasn’t had any preservatives added. Now, Organic food found in supermarkets hasn’t had chemicals added, but it has travelled as far as the non organic so it’s not fresh, therefore it must have had preservatives added. Not very Organic. :-(

i just watched this whole video at 1:00 am and ive realised im not doing whats best for my body…lately ive been drifting towards anorexia, today ive only ate about 300 calories. im 14 years old and hate how i look. thank you for letting me see what im getting into, im trying to change.
