How to keep the weight off after weight watchers weight loss?
ByI have been using the Weight Watchers Points Plus Program.
I have lost nearly 50lbs.
I have the Weight loss system down.
I need suggestions on how to maintain the weight and keep myself from gaining weight back.
I have just started going to the gym.
I will be starting up my Bikram Yoga again soon as well.
Anything further would be appreciated.
You need to go on a maintenance diet for the rest of your life.
You need to stick to your Weight Watchers points quota per day and allow yourself only a few extra points a day and keep checking your weight once or twice a day. If you start gaining weight you need to reduce your points quota and if you start losing weight you could allow yourself a few extra points.

first congratulations on your weight loss, that’s fantastic ! , and i personly think that a good diet and plenty of exercise which the gym is great. but if u do things like weight watches, and loose the weight its easier to go on something like body trim or a drink/shake like that, even after u have lost the weight, it will just prevent you from gaining it again.
hope it helps
p.s i’m 12 haha.

The thing about diets and workout programs is this…. STICK TO IT!!!!
Even after you meet your goals! They are meant to be a lifestyle change, not a temporary change.
Once you start eating healthy, and realize you can do it, you aren’t supposed to stop!
Same with working out, once you begin working out and realize you are capable, why stop? Maintain a healty lifestyle with the diet and workout!
