i did this work out 5 times everyday
it got REALLY hard afer awhile cause i was almost always soar. but after longer, u get used to it. if it was TOO hard,i would get drunk and then work out. :D haha

Good workout, but theres no way doing this 3 times a week will burn an excess of 15000 calories in a week (depends on what you eat ofc) but 4 lbs a week is impossible
