@StrenghtAthlete Um…I haven’t done any body shots on my channel, so you’re a fukn liar. How can you say I look like I haven’t had an ounce of protein when veggies have protein, not to mention, meat alternatives? You’re obviously a dumbass who doesn’t know anything about nutrition.
Being healthy means I don’t get winded from long duration high intensity exercise. I can workout for 80 mins, high cardio without stopping unlike that garbage & carcass filled cadaver, you call a body.

@BlandiBoney The only thing you are correct about is the caloric equation. But I don’t count calories, carbs, or even fat, I just eat & I have nice muscle tone. There are vegan and vegetarian bodybuilders, and if there is at least one, it’s proof it can be done. Have you looked at the nutrition facts for veggies? Clearly you haven’t and should have before wasting my time writing me again. There are different types of protein, and they all serve to build muscle.

There is not enough protein in fruit and veggies to build muscle and maintain it.How many proper vegetarian bodybuilders are there out there? Plus theres no such thing as clean dieting.Do you wipe it with a cloth?
