To get into good shape, it’s important to improve your diet and to exercise. To improve your performance, tone your physique, get six pack abs or lose belly fat, find an exercise routine that works for you. Swimming, running, aerobics, bodybuilding, weight lifting, yoga, dance, sports, mixed martial arts and even just running on a treadmill are all great options.
Diet and fitness together will help you reach your weight loss goals. Counting calories, starving yourself, or eating a diet high in processed, refined foods are just a few of the mistakes in this video. If you’re expecting instant changes, an entire body transformation and weight loss journey in a matter of days or weeks, this is another dangerous mistake. Turning to prescription or over-the-counter drugs or to plastic surgery can also be much worse for your overall health.

I`d say another big mistake is skipping meals. Not eating breakfast etc.
The most effective thing I did to lose wieght was actually to start eating more often but in smaller quantities.

Thanks for All of the useful information. I have found that since I’m older mid 40’s the only thing that helped me to lose weight is Walking 5 mile or so 3 times a week. Initally I only lost ichces (which made me look like I lost weight) now I have lost about 27 pounds in 2 years, and I still have a lot to go but i am happpier with myself now that I have trimmed down..And I know that losing weight especially around my tummy is better for my health! Thanks for your helpful information.

Very good video. Thank you for sharing. And after decades of struggling with my weight, your video is right on and very accurate. Diet soda/pop = aspartame. From my research, aspartame is poison. (My opinion). I have found if you can’t pronouce or know exactly what you’re putting in your mouth, than don’t. Also, CalorieKing weight manager is a excellent tool. I saw a video about 6 months ago, and it really got me thinking. It’s very long, but it’s about the dangers of Fructose. This lecture is packed with interesting facts and the speaker has written a book entitled “Sugar, The Bitter Truth” If anyone has some time to kill, this is a very interesting, and I think is worth a watch. Even if you just watch a little bit, you will probably learn something.

@Darkdragynxi Not being mean, but are you a really big person? I’m not doctor, but I would assume that ones rate of weight loss would apply to their size. If you are a woman who weighs 150 lbs and is trying to get down to 130, then yes, that rate would be too fast. but if you weigh 300 pounds, and you lost 20 pounds in a week, then no. That’s alright. Heck, I did nothing but replace soda with water, and lost 10 pounds in a week once.
