Hey Yuri, thanks so much for the green juice recipe and all the awesome info but I have one concern…would the recipe still work if done in a blender? I don’t own a juicer and I always thought it would be healthier to get all the fibre from the vegetables instead of just throwing it out. Maybe it would be more like a green smoothie? Gross?

if i brisk walk in …
if i brisk walk in the morning and eat six small healthy meal a day can i lose weigth and be skinny or do i have to jog in the morning to lose weight hope not cuz i cant jog cuz i got joint problem what u suggest cam i lose weight with brisk walking or is not enougth to lose weight cuz everytime i jog i get pain like in less than a week on my leg and cant work out for like months

About the platue, So if i hit one, you said il be stuck on it for a very long time. Correct me if im wrong but everytime i go to the gym to 4-6 hrs now I always increase 1-2 reps every time i hit the gym. So my work out is never the same, its always increasing. So could i still hit a platue like that? My body isent doing the same thing over and over again, gets harder each time

Great vid Yuri, I’m placing myself in that ‘plateau’ area of the chart…and I’ve recently started to improve my overall diet to see the small returns and results.I actually found that I’m getting re-motivated about this new ‘eating cleaner’ lifestyle, just the same as if I was getting motivated for a new type of workout. Thx for help Yuri, and FTTP is great! A LOT OF INFO to be put to use.
